I am also a huge Al fan. I also feel we are in a situation not of Al's choosing and he is making decisions that are in his and MNKD's best interest. But as long as he has debt to exchange for equity, his and our interests are not as mutually aligned as they used to be. That's not being critical, just realistic.

For example: If Al had to choose between issuing more stock or giving up royalty revenue share to a partner in exchange for up front cash, Al has a financial interest in choosing to issue more stock. I will obsess about this until the financing is announced.
