I'm mostly a lurker on here and the Yahoo messageboard (stevieraveonfan). Anyways for the past 2 years I've been holding my MNKD shares hoping for approval so that I can make some serious money. Yesterday I had an experience that helped me change my prorities.

Long, long story short on a cross country flight I fainted while in my seat mid-flight. The stewardess asked "are there any diabetics on the plane" and there was. They used his blood-sugar machine to prick my finger (mild pain) to test my blood sugar. It was fine.

It was during this I realized how much of a pain in must be for diabetics to not only test, but to inject themselves daily with insulin.

I couldn't help but think about how all I have cared about is if I'll strike it rich. I hadn't thought too much about how much of a life altering thing this would be for diabetics.
