OPC, you're right on the warrant analysis, of course.

Here's a question you likely know the answer to: When these warrants were issued in Feb 2012, the company said they would not seek registration of same. However, it appears that they started publically trading the warrants as early as sometime in March. Did the company list the underlying shares? Did the company register the warrants? Not at all clear as to how that came to be, would appreciate some explanation.
