You have helped to define the source of my 'itch' regarding this large block of shares.
If the objective of these shares is in fact to retain key personnel, there must be substantial facts available ONLY within the company that would provide some future value to the shares. Otherwise the same personnel would not stay even if they were provided shares since they would end up worth very little --- making the whole effort worthless. There must be some available view to the end game within MNKD! IMHO. Thanks.
