i may be wrong and only have time today for a quick read ... but it looks like they issued stock to retire debt? If that is the case this will fund everything. But why only through 12/31? Very confusing. Is this Al's way of putting more money in? Nothing is ever striaghtforward. Don't have time to reread and go over with fine tooth though.
