That would be an interesting case to follow, but I'd rather CREW take the time to fully understand the underlying issues with the decline of the stock price, not one individual who may have profited from such decline. We've read it many times on this board that something stunk from June 2010 to Dec 2010 following the rapid turnaround of the first CRL response by MNKD.

All indicators point to an agreement that the invitro study would be acceptable. The FDA (or some component of it) was disconnected from that discussion, or worse, and this is what I'd really like to know the answer to. Combined with the sudden, apparent reversal at the FDA, evidenced by the insider trading scam by one the FDA's own scientists, there's a lot more under the sheets than Shkreli pulling a rabbit out of his hat.
