When you consider the whole banking mess, and the very, very bad things so many have done to really hurt so many globally, the MNKD thing seems pretty small in comparison, so I don't have confidence that the appropriate attention and resources will be focused on this. But the whole thing smells to high heaven, that's for sure.

Too many crooks in the securities business, and too many of them get off without even a good look, and they make off with the kind of money most of us can only dream of! Too bad, but it's come to this, and more consequences for the world lie ahead, I'm afraid.
