Perhaps that or something like that can be worked out, so long as the buyer of the product perhaps posts a letter of credit to secure the buyer's performance of the contract - that way, seller (MNKD) and seller's lender have adequate recourse against the buyer, if the buyer decides to breach and not take delivery. Otherwise, can you imagine going after such a buyer in international courts?? You might eventually win, then you'd have to collect, too!
