Appeal to whom, OPC? If the appeal is to the FDA, I would say don't waste the time and the money, and take the additional risk to piss them off further. I just wish they could have gotten on to the required trials a little quicker, heck, it took them longer to set things up than we were initially led to believe the trials would take!! But I don't think it was all MNKD's management's fault, rarely are things so cut and dried.
