AU can give it a rest in my opinion. I apologize for not giving credit where credit is due (I forgot who posted it), but the very best comment I have read on this boards is something to the effect of, "people think they have a monopoly on the truth, and they don't".
AU certainly seems to be of the opinion that he has the monopoly on the truth even in light of people correcting his many, many erroneous comments.
The original question of this very long thread is a great question. I don't know how anyone can answer it definitively. No one knows where the money is going to come from, how much it is going to be, or in what form it is going to come. How could that possibly be "priced in"?
To AU:
I have enjoyed your responses as much as I would enjoy taking a sandblaster to the nether regions. We're all very happy for you success in the trials. That's great. How about just sticking to reporting on that? Your analysis of the financial side of things leaves a lot to be desired and, in my opinion, you come across as a yahoo-esque blind pumper.
If someone has a legitamate concern over things (as opc did on several occasions- all very well backed up), it's actually ok to say so. That doesn't make someone a heathen, a blasphemer, or *gasp* a shorty! In fact, I think you have been told on several occasions that the people you are lobbing accusations at are, in fact, long.
If you do decide to go ahead with your fantastic plan to take on the world by screaming from the tops of buildings about this drug and bringing the FDA to their knees, would you do me a great favor and put it on youtube? I'm sure the FDA is quaking in their boots. That damn FDA, always trying to keep the man down by, you know, looking out for the welfare of the public and all! I mean, if YOU had a successful experience with the drug, that MUST mean that all is well and it is, as you suggested, criminal for them to be dragging their feet in such a manner, right? Let's just shelve the rest of the testing right here and now. Nevermind any other complications that may occur in other patients! You had a possitive experience and that's all that matters, right? the FDA won't even know what hit them!
On a final, and likely more morbid, note I would like to touch on the financial end of things. There are people, like you, who love the drug, love the company, and love the idea that it represents and therefor you want to invest in it. Then there are people, like me, who are solely interested in whether or not I am going to make money off this. Sorry. Your devil-may-care attitude towards price points, dilution, and other such factors that may negatively impact the stock price in the near future make you seem like the fat girl at prom who, at the end of the night, is just happy so long as she got a dance before they turned out the lights.
