I want to start by saying that I have enjoyed reading what everyone has posted so far. I just found this forum a week ago and have been going back and reading.

I was hoping that I would be posting something more positive for my first post, but since I didn't see any responses to what i thought was an important post by brentie98 I am posting this in a new thread.

It looks like, on 8/16/2012, Mannkind employes were granted a total of 243,500 shares of common stock and 1,094,000 one-year call options struck at 2.32.

That is a lot of dilution.
