A while back I posted that renaissance technologies a hedge fund, increased there percentage in MNKD by approx. 12.5% in this past Quarter, I am sure that most of you guys know Peter Brown the co-ceo and his relationship with Dr Hamburg ( the FDA )

he is probably inceasing his stake in MNKD slowely so he wont raise a red flag, as apposed to buying MNKD in bulk just before the FDA approval
