Agreed, announcing the shelf offering just before a long weekend doesn't look good.

Another company just did this is DCTH. Maybe they decided labor day weekend is the perfect time to screw share holders.

I was out of MNKD couple of days ago but ended up buying DCTH. Ahhh, out of fire and into the frying pan.
