One positive by having the registration complete is that any announcement and action can occur immediately without allowing the street to compensate or react to such action. If it is positive (as I seem to eternally anticipate), the reaction on the street could be magnified by this lack of insight. It's either going to be music to our ears or the sound of fingernails on a chalkboard, but whichever way it goes we won't know until the gram challenged lady sings.
