The perfect time is now. You can't catch the low. The stock is cheap now. The most you can save by not investing now is a dollar a share versus who knows what up side. I understand I might lose several thousand dollars over the next few months, but if no approval its all gone. If you are willing. to take the risk of losing what you invest, in my opinion, it makes no sense not to be fully invested. Also the moving factoer here wil be a bolt from the sky partnership etc. You cannot time this. Of course you can wait in the hope of buying more shares at a lower price but that is a siren call. One in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.
