First of all, forget about that $3.80 number, it's all but meaningless.

Second, without going back to the offering materials (was it Feb of 2012? OPC can recall those things in an instant, I can't), I can't tell you for sure if the warrants are callable, but I'm pretty confident they are not. I say that because I looked them up and saw the terms, and had I found that they were callable, I likely would not have invested in them. That being said, I've been known to make errors, so by all means check that offering and it will lead you to the SEC filing and you will finally get to the actual warrant document (as opposed to a description of the warrant). Now, any abridged description of the warrant would surely be remiss if it did not contain the existence of a call provision, but, again, might as well go the warrant itself.
