Let's think a bit more creatively. All that has to be done is for AU to make a short, low-budget movie about the benefits of MNKD and Afrezza, have the hero/diabetic patient be a Muslim, and have the FDA refuse him use of Afrezza because of his faith.

In two weeks, half the people on earth will know about MNKD and Afrezza.
