Well, my deceased father originally owned approx. 40,000 shares of MNKD when Sol Steiner was selling out to Al Mann, but when Al bought in, dad ended up owning only approx. 10,000 shares with a lock up agreement not to sell his remaining shares for, I believe, 90 days. I don't know for sure if 90 days is close enough, Brentie.
