i got you. BSC really made a dumb deal up front but really did fine in the end. That franchise has done very well over time. It was Tobin the idiot who felt he could buy the world at any price. He wrecked a lot of smaller BSC business' that were growing and highly profitable (including mine) to pay for these aquisitions like Guidant.

But it was a home run for Al and AB and I was going off your original list. I am supportive of your comments about Al being difficult and a potential barrier...but don't believe you give him enough credit about his past.
