I'm not too worried about the fiscal cliff or the dilution vote. I wonder what the dilution with respect to the market cap will do though. Will the share price hold, increasing the market cap, or will the share price drop keeping the market cap near present levels.

I'm holding my dry powder until I find out. Still have a decent core position, but took some of my traders off during this recent run-up. (couldn't resist 8% in a week). GLTA
