Actually, an excellent rant, OPC - I have been ranting to my friends in a similar manner for years now. Much of this legislation was purposely set up for post 2012 election so this screaming and gnashing of teeth by his electorate would be of no use - the man is re-elected! As a CPA, I agree with Goyo - why not build in the pricing of Dreamboat into the cost of Afrezza so that this tax would not apply to the whistle?
