I personally have a hard time trying to time short-term price movements.I believe that in the short term prices follow a Brownian motion and are not that predictable.I always felt that if you believe that a stock is cheap you buy it at that time, but you may get lucky and get be able to buy it cheaper later.

Thursday's call may have as much news as any quarterly conference call.Or it may not.I am not expecting any bad news about the trials since there have been so many participants in previous trials without bad news.On the other hand, if things are progressing according to schedule, it could provide some sort of a catalyst.

You are right, it would be nice to see some cushion above $2.60, but at least its trading at the strike, which I didn't expect to see so soon.
