In my opinion the entire video and this dude (Telsa Rowe) is complete crap. Federal regulations require a CTR for a withdrawal and/or deposit in excess of $10,000, so bringing $200K of cash in or out will do nothing but bring the DEA to your doorstep investigating money laundering. Just not handled that way anymore and it hasn't been for a very long time. Just dramatics, probably 4 hundred dollar bills stacked on top of monopoly money. A complete and utter loser, IMO. I just wish I had the time some people must have to lurk on these MB's to seek attention.
