GC, if we need the money, I would like Al to lend it to us under the line of credit. Problem now maybe that Al doesn't have the cash to pull that off. But if he cashes in on Second Sight, he'll have plenty!

The line of credit doesn't necessarily have to be paid back by issuing more stock; it can be paid back in cash when the company has some money - post approval, partnership, revenues, etc.
