deeznuts,
Believe me when I tell you I am thrilled we have all of a sudden decided to live in a different share price neighborhood. I have grown weary of the status quo of the MM and the shorts controlling the price for so long. A breakout was long overdue.
I have worked for several companies in my career where underperformance was rewarded. That is my problem with Pfeffer. I know it has been an upward battle to finance the company since it is a start-up biotech but how hard can it be when the first $1,000,000,000 comes from the founder? Matt was the first party to float the term "minimally dilutive financing". Then Al started throwing it around. In fact he used his personal credibility to reassure all of his shareholders that was what was intended. Then we got hit with massive dilution. IMO there was no reason for Al to perpetuate the fiction they would be able to pull off "minimially dilutive financing" with the tightening of the financial markets other than running cover for Matthew Pfeffer. I have said it before and I will say it again I think Pfeffer is a poser.
