If the company fails to pass this PDUFA, options or warrants, who cares? The money will be lost and the company will be basically worthless. This is the due or die point for the company. I wont be on for a while so others can chime in on this discussion, however if I find a moment tonight I will link to a graphed rendering of stocks VS warrants in terms of profitability.
