Not much time to reply right now, basically, T2s 1st have a problem with prandial glucose spikes. Afrezza can very effectively address this. Don't know if we'll get the 1st line label right of the bat, but it shouldn't take long. All the current oral antidiabetic meds just beat around the bush. What is needed is insulin.
