I also believe the price has been set. And I would be so very happy if it were todays closing price, but due to the recent run-up, I think the price will be somewhat lower. Of course, I am taking heart in the fact that the stock did not tank after hours, and it seems as if the offering was announced before after hours trading ended, so.... maybe.

A price of $3.40 for those shares would be a major boost to this company.
