Someone correct me if I am wrong but the filing tonight reads that they may make and offering .....I am sure they will do it but is it possible that they will do it a run up into the data release? If it reads that they may do an offering up to 50m they might just want to be ready if the company stpikes higher as it has already started to go up.

If anyone else reads or sees this differently please let me know.
