i will be at the shareholder's meeting but i prob won't be at the breakfast with you folks because i work the night shift on thurs and need to conserve some energy. however, in formulating question strategies there is one question that would generate some interesting chatter and should be brought up by one of us at the shareholder's meeting. as per OPC on ymb:
"In light of the fact Al/Mann Group own a large percentage of the company and the company has a high percentage of it's stock shorted......Does Al/Mann Group keep their shares in a brokerage account? If so, 1) is he aware that the firms can borrow his shares to facilitate short positions and 2) have any steps been taken to prevent his shares from being used to facilitate short positions?"
think about what a short squeeze would do over the next few months?? there are lots of
questions that will be asked on thurs, but i bet this one would rattle things up a bit. in fact,
i think if we get only one question- that might be it. again, opc's thoughts- not mine.
