"Out" is reasonable enough (and disciplined), but I don't think I would go 100% out (didn't you say you would take some off the table at $6?). Then again, you can always get back in. Congrats on making a very good profit. My guess is most of the MNKD cult aren't going anywhere, though! I, for one, am not.
