Each warrant is for 0.75 shares, so the exercise of all 86 million warrants is for 64.5 million shares. I am pretty sure that those shares are already priced in. The information is already known. I have been pricing them into my calculations long ago. As I said in my previous post, the real risk is that those warrants are not exercised.
