An excellent point, Swing, which is why I feel that it is totally necessary in today's global marketplace to have a global BP as partner. I know that I am preaching to the choir, but surely management understands that the business models of the '70's cannot work today in this environment. Quite frankly, given our current political environment, particularly at the federal level, we need a major player as our partner prior to the PDUFA date to add major clout and gravitas against the FDA and the hedgies. Unfortunately, pure data and compliance won't cut against corruption and politicism of the process.

Loving the last few weeks/months and I definitely felt that the presentation yesterday by Al Mann reflected a high level of confidence for the next few months as data is assembled and negotiations with prospective partners begin in earnest. I hope that a partner is in place by Christmas 2013!
