Yesterday, over 13000 Jan 14 5 calls traded; 10000 alone at 10 AM. Today we can see that the open interest has dropped to 115,000. It had been running 121,000 to 122,000 for the past year.

This is where my knowledge of options gets a little muddy. Would this represent call sellers buying back their options? Does anyone else here have more color on the significance?
