Al Mann has already pledged 90% of his wealth. The author has done poor research to make his point regarding a buyout. If a buyout was the plan all along, why would MNKD have developed the award winning production facility? Why would it be modular to expand quickly as Afrezza gains market control?
Why most recently, would MannKind package one of it's most promising cancer treatments with an option to buy it back?
Lots of signals Al (or his foundation upon his demise) has no intention of selling off the company which bears his name.
