You can exercise the option from your computer. From your "Balances and Positions" page, look at the the line item that is the option you want to execute. All the way to the right is an orange box with a white arrow head. Click on that and it brings up several things you can do with that position, one of which is "exercise". Click on that, and it brings up a page that you can edit (for instance it defaults to your entire position, but you can specify differently). Do your edits, and you're good to go. Good Luck!
