Hey, Chad, you're a young guy with a solid profession (whether that be MD or woodsman), some of us older guys don't have as much time to come back from a disaster!

And another great thing for you, whichever way this goes, you will be learning a lot which you'll have for years to come! Unfortunately, you normally learn more when you lose, so I guess I hope you won't be learning too much from this experience.
