I have been on Bydureon for 4.5 years and it is a great drug. Last A1c came in at 6.4. I am convinced that lawyers read the side affects of drugs on the labels and then troll for people who may have experienced them. The lawyers create a feeding frenzy and the FDA does the politically correct thing by launching an investigation. It is maddening to see the legal profession reduced to a swarm of pirahana. You can bet that after Afrezza is approved there will be lawsuits claiming lung issues including cancer. Just goes with the territory in todays world.
