I think we all know excercise enhances are well being. The problem that we see, is we are too lazy to get up and do something about it. Some don't apply here. As long as it takes to be over weight, it takes just as long to take it off. I see people who come into our clinic, who are getting ready to go on vacation in a month, and want to look good at the beach. You can excercise 5x a day, but it's the food you consume that determines your weight for the most part. I know there are exceptions to this rule, but for the most part is the reality. You need to eat, to lose weight. As the old adage says, we are what we eat. That will never change. So yes, it's a combination of both to keep healthy. Use it or lose it.
