Why don't you write an article for SA? I might consider signing up just to read how you make the case for Afrezza.
This author's disdain for Afrezza is palpable. Based on what I have read about Oramed it won't even compete with a prandial insulin. Perhaps their niche is to avoid the need for a prandial by having insulin constantly available. Lia, can you tell us what kind of pitfalls a drug absorbed in the lower intestine can confront when the patient eats a big meal or even over-indulges with alcohol or water? It seems like a very hostile dynamic environment to deliver a drug which needs to be dosed individually.
