Keith has always done a good job as an analyst for us and I continue to read into his comments as the most fair and knowledgeable ones in our sector, I especially love that Buy rating!

Management seems alot more keen to get the partnership plans done by the approval date (especially if they are using someone to assist them in this search).

They've been spot on on their comments lately so I would hope we hear about a partner by January/Feb of 2014, assuming approval some time around March 2014.
