Goldilox just posted this on the PRB forum - his sources are usually very, very good....although PRB does now have 29M shares out after the financing..LOL 

I have heard the same information so thats good to see that seems to be correct. We should try to get a better idea of this reality, but if NOT hits and this is one of the anomolies crossing over into PRB, look out. See what you guys can dig up and I'll do the same. GLTA

Remember PRB has 24 million shares out. This is a huge factor as to why i think PRB could really take a run soon...plus strong mngmt team and great property locations in the McFaulds area. GLTA
