Oldster, once in awhile you need to talk to a rep for things like errors in your account, doing shorts etc etc One thing about TD its not good for shorting, you need to talk to a rep to get it done. If you have no need to ever talk to a rep, then I would say TF is just as good as TD, because they do use the same trading platform.
