Earlier today we were talking about accumulation and how it shows on market depth. We have a classic example of it right now on NOT at 2:20 pm. Union Securitities shows up and drops a 20,000 share sell at $5.45 Immediately we start seeing 700, 400, 200 1,000, 100 share sales by the little guy. Who's doing the majority of the buying well it shows up as House #1 Anon for many of the buys. What is the chances of that being Union doing the buying through House #1 ? I would say real good chance of it. Now Union hopes for more little guys to jump in front of their sells and sit on the ask. At this point they start buying up the asks that are in front of them. This is how many of these houses do their accumulating of shares when the volume is slow. It's often a bullish sign when you have a stock that sells down on low volume. Many of us smaller investors fail to understand this.
