I agree on FNC. I'm thinking Smith is a miser, ie no website, etc etc. He appears to be holding out for the last dime. If he goes it alone like he says he's going to, the share price will be punished by the big boys, short term, as they want their cut on the cheap. However, if Smith pulls it off and drills by doing an inside PP, the big winners would be the current shareholders. At some point their has to be a share choke. With the low float this stock will explode one of these days, just don't know when.
