NOT needs to hold the line here around the $5.10 mark. I put my pea brain to work and it seems to me NOT often sells down just before the price goes nutso on the upside. Not saying it will happen this time, however this could be the case. Institutions merely shaking the tree. Stop all buy orders and accumulate as the small guy dumps into the realization no one wants his/her shares. I will add if I see the lower $4.90's come into play.
