I have never heard of any dispute on this property. In Ontario staking has to be done on the ground, so bottom line would be the stakes would do the talking. No reason to make any big deal out of this, in fact NOT or FNC haven't. That map came from Kaiser and was the first I ever heard of it. In fact all these maps we are shown are very rough in nature. As I doubt they all have these straight lines that we see. Remember when they have done the staking it was through swampland, so I would imagine there would be some overlapping and such by the various companies.
