I am going to take UC's response at its word, posted for the benefit of its shareholders. UC would be in serious legal jeopardy if they lied to their investors, and this is not a lie they could hide.

I am on your case on this because you have more then once spoken ill of UC. If you don't own shares, why do you do this?

The art of bashing is to plant doubt but no proof. You site a phone conversation of which only you were privy to.

On UC's side we have a news release and a follow up clarification.
