I am still wondering why FNC will not do a JV with NOT. Although, Al has stated that FNC is confident that they have something real good on their property, it still would be advantageus for FNC to become part of the whole play. Although I imagine it's a possibility that FNC could cut their own deal with a major, if they do in fact have the goods. It is true that they have low shares o/s and if they hit something, the SP should take off. But I still say it's risky and that FNC should maybe do a JV on at least one or two of their claims.

BMK, SPQ, FWR, NOT and mnay others are doing some serious staking out there, but I haven't heard a lot of that coming from FNC. Am I wrong about that ? If I'm not, then why wouldn't they also be staking more claims in the hot areas.

This is in no way meant to be a bash on FNC. I like FNC and I've bought & sold it twice, with a small profit each time. And I will buy in again. But I'm just a little concerned that they may be leaving themselves out in the cold.
