There is no debate between Spider and UC. There is only debate between John Defur and other posters on the matter.  UC are stating publicly that their "Binding letter of intent"  is rock solid and bulletproof.  Neither Spider or KWG are denying this.  Spider and UC have both acknowledged in writing that UC have spent the money for the first phase of the buy in.  All of the companies are showing maps with UC/Spider/KWG claims clearly marked as a group.  The Spider?KWG/FWR and another JV are separate from these.  There has been no public mention of any riff between the players.  Only a riff between posters.
